I used eggbeaters for quite a while and they worked fine.

I had 18.3m feed lines (2m LMR400, 70cm LMR600) with preamps in the shack.

Receive preamps were required.

Subject: [amsat-bb] J-Pole Antenna

Looking for a simple omnidirectional antenna for AO-7 (B), FO-29 and VO-52,
I came across a description of a J-Pole - dual band, single mast antenna,
done by Dick Jansson, WD4FAB several years ago.

This looks like the solution for my situation. Before I start building, I
would like to know, if somebody here has experience with this antenna.

Thanks and 73
