I think you can remove the tag :p
And we won't remove it, 0.95 tag is done. You decide to release it or you go to 0.95.1 Would be too confusing to know if a package is built with 0.95 or the "next 0.95" , we won't start that.
Correction 0.95-1 exists it's the first release for linux packages !!!
Why?! Why it doesnt' start at 0.95? If it's 0.95-1 that's because someone made an error.
It's the 0.95-2 which doesn't exists : cat configure.ac | head -n10
APPNAME=amsn
APPVERSION=0.95
APPRELEASE=1   <<<<< You see : it's the release 1 not the 0 one
Huh? Then as I said someone made a mistake, the first version is always 0, not 1. Is it 0.94 or 0.94-1? Is it 0.93 or 0-93-1?
The reference is the amsn file
############################################################
### Some global variables
############################################################
set version "0.95"
set date "12/05/2005"

The autoupdate use that tag to know if there's a new version, we won't start to fuck everything.

0.95 exist, the tag is there

0.95.1 doesn't exist yet. We don't have to silitently drop the old
one, we just have to release the 0.95.1 first, that's all. As long as
we decide fast to release or not releasing it..

Does 0.95 exists ??
We are only a dozen to know about it !! We can silently drop the
old one and
redo a new package :p
It's my opinion and I know it's dirty but it can hide the trouble
and we are
able to do a perfect release !!

Youness, I read your message and I have no idea if you are talking
about 0.95 or a possible 0.95-1!

1- website
2- stability
3- languages
4- packages

so what's the status of the website, is there a list of things to
be done before we can quality it of being DONE
stability is ok I think, it's just about "did we do a big mistake",
like the webcam settings bug we just discovered...
languages : I"m actually waiting for the amsn-lang team to finish
integrating all pendings languages....
5- packages... still working on them, shouldn't take long...
