You might try:

REFALIAS http://*freshmeat.net/* http://freshmeat.net/*

OR... 

REFOUTPUTALIAS http://*freshmeat.net/* http://freshmeat.net/*

The OUTPUTALIAS only changes the information displayed, not the way it's
counted.
