Here's a PR move that would make Google the darling of developers. All entries should be declared as winners. After all $25,000 time 2000 is not much when it comes to marketing.
Actually I spent 3 months on my app and I'm sure others have spent even more time. We are now 'experts' in the Android platform. A shot in the arm like this would make me a devoted Google Android developer.
