Put your apps on the home screen, in their own folders if you want. Is there any particular reason you want to have a whole other facility to organize things in the set of all apps? To me it just makes them harder to get to -- if you put them in a folder on the home screen, you can launch with two clicks, but in the drawer you'd have to first bring up the drawer, then dig down to the app, then launch it.
