The sample App (android-sdk-windows\market_licensing\sample) red lines
on :

import com.android.vending.licensing.AESObfuscator;
import com.android.vending.licensing.LicenseChecker;
import com.android.vending.licensing.LicenseCheckerCallback;
import com.android.vending.licensing.ServerManagedPolicy;

in my set-up. No idea where these classes are. My fault I am sure....
