Alas, Google Pages is no more (unless you happen to have signed up for it before they started to shut it down), but sites.google.com is a similar free website hosting thingy that's nothing like as good, but should still do for your purposes --- you can either attach the apk to a normal page or else use a special File Cabinet page.
