One thing to keep in mind which may not be obvious unless you do some searching online. With a Dev Phone 1 for example, you can browse the marketplace download free apps but you CANNOT view or buy paid apps with a developer phone. If this is your only device and are thinking of developing apps for the marketplace to sell, how do you see what others are selling? You don't!
