I just have trouble visualizing any possible scenario where a
potential buyer sees a netbook with a choice of XP, Ubuntu and Android
and chooses Android. Seems like complete and irrational fantasy to me
- given that most wouldn't even choose Ubuntu in this circumstance,
but I admit perhaps it's a failure of imagination on my part. Maybe it
would be the raging, runaway success the G1 has become.

Plus, given a long, lingering taste of what development limbo will
probably always be like with Android, part of me runs screaming at the
very idea of dealing with it for anything but a phone.
