Microshaft orifice is one of those things that should be avoided at
all costs. I don't know if you know this, but they can send you a
remote kill code to delete or disable all your documents, even if they
are stored on your home computer. I really wouldn't want to know what
they would do with data if stored on their servers... you can be
ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that their EULA contains an "anything you transfer
to our servers is our property and we are the sole owner and copyright
holder and you relinquish all rights to it, so F.U." clause.
