Here's another great comment by a user and my response: 1 star by Michael (April 27, 2011) Samsung Epic 4G. This app killed my phone service. I usually get full bars and now i get one. DONT DOWNLOAD
My response: by John (April 27, 2011) Developer Comment: @Michael - Our app can't affect your phone connection. I believe it's probably due to your foil cap. Try rotating it 90 degrees, or remove it. That should restore you to 5 bars. I just couldn't help myself. Perhaps it's a bit flippant but you never know.
