Actually, you would tell them that this kind of behavior is unacceptable 
and if they do not stop and or leave that you will contact the local law 
enforcement and that they will deal with them.

I seem to recall, in a not too distant past,one was not able to open a 
webpage without someone writing some serious negative stuff about 
Microsoft... oddly enough they still dominate the PC market.

Arbitrarily going into someone's private device and throwing a kill switch 
simply because they pissed you off is not a good enough reason for me.

Piracy -> BAN ON ... Threaten -> contact authorities ... piss me off -> 
ignore
