The DMCA also gives us Safe Harbor, which is a good thing IMO. THAT part wasn't lobbied by Disney; they are STILL trying to gut that clause with SOPA etc.

I also agree with your comments on copyright length, and I think the circumvention clause is awful. I was just pointing out that it exists.
