I have below exclusive requirements.* *Role – Sail point Solution Architect* *Location – Initial Remote, Dublin, OH* *Rate - $60/Hr.* *Description:* This position is responsible for architecting and delivering identity integration solutions in the Cardinal Health Identity Management Project Delivery Team. *Responsibilities:* 1. Define strategy on migration of Identity Management components from legacy platform to SailPoint IdentityIQ LCM and execute it 2. Be a key contributor to the strategy, design, and management of the enterprise IAM program 3. Provide SailPoint Identity IQ User Provisioning (LCM) & Access Certifications implementation and leadership expertise 4. Translate high level requirements into detailed technical designs, and lead design sessions and code walkthrough 5. Provides in-depth technical development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures, and methodologies 6. Responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of the entire IAM infrastructure solution which includes installing, upgrading, patching, deploying, configuring, programming, testing, and documentation in a complex enterprise IAM solution 7. Interpret and apply SDLC skills to build SailPoint IdentityIQ based Identity Management solutions to support globally dispersed businesses, personnel, and customers 8. Demonstrate deep and broad knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ LCM & Governance modules 9. Communicating to executives, leadership, clients, and application teams on both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate to the situation & audience 10. Managing project scope, schedule, status, and documentation *Requirements:* 1. 10 - 12+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 4+ years of implementing & architecting SailPoint IdentityIQ LCM implementation. 2. Experience in leading 2+ SailPoint IdentityIQ LCM migration projects from another IDM platform 3. Experience in executing CA Identity Manager to SailPoint Identity IQ Migration project is preferred 4. Ability to articulate the difference between leveraging OOTB Vs Custom solution & drive the project team towards an OOTB approach wherever possible 5. Strong competency in architecting and developing IDM framework(s) in SailPoint IdentityIQ for onboarding platform 6. Strong experience in the Identity IQ LCM Modules (Business Process/Life Cycle Events/Quick Links/Auditing/Reporting/Access Request/Entitlement Management) 7. Architect solutions to ensure that IAM solutions and services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies, meets/exceeds the defined performance requirements, and comply with information security requirements 8. Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL. 9. Review detailed business requirements with project analysts and product managers to ensure they adhere to our Next Gen Identity Management strategy 10. Build positive working relationships with team members, peer technical teams, application teams, and customers 11. Ability to manage multiple application integrations 12. Understand business processes and challenges to supply recommended Identity Management Integration Patterns 13. Focus on Innovation and Operational Excellence 14. Identify issues within an integration and supply leadership with technical solutions 15. Provide directions and prioritize tasks effectively for the team members to ensure that project deliverables and deadlines are met 16. Self-motivated to identify potential areas of improvement within Identity Management Platform 17. Expertise with RBAC/ABAC a plus *Technical Requirements:* Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. J2EE certification is a plus.
