   - Installing and configuring new systems and applications, including
   operating systems, databases, web servers, and other infrastructure
   components
   - Maintaining backup of data on physical devices such as tape drives or
   external hard drives
   - Managing network security by administering firewalls, intrusion
   detection systems, authentication methods, and intrusion detection systems
   - Installing applications such as operating systems, databases, web
   servers, and other infrastructure components
   - Troubleshooting problems with hardware and software, including
   responding to support requests from users
   - Monitoring server performance to identify problems and make
   adjustments to improve performance
   - Managing the use of virtualization technologies such as VMware
   vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Oracle VM, or Citrix XenServer
   - Installing patches and updates to operating systems and applications
   to ensure optimal performance
   - Creating disaster recovery plans and procedures for responding to
   major outages or natural disasters affecting the data center
   - Installs new applications and helps configure them including web
   servers, OS, and infrastructure components.
   - Maintain the security of the network by leveraging different systems,
   such as firewalls and intrusion detection.
   - Develop recovery programs in case of any loss due to natural or

   - Providing 3rd level support to end users for issues on various OS

   balancers and switches
   - Demonstrates high responsiveness for technology issues
   - Designs, plans and implements high-availability core infrastructure
   systems
   - Develops Software configuration management standards and performs data
   de-identification and provisioning
   - Documents and tracks hardware and software configuration, migration,
   testing and deployment solutions
   - Ideal candidate needs to have experience working in large scale
   infrastructure

   - Install and maintain all server hardware and software systems, as well
   as manage server performance and availability
   - Maintain all system backups and aid in the restoration of all
   operations, as well as give all users with the necessary training
   - Create and manage all system tools for all scripts and automation
   processes, as well as oversee all capacity planning
   - Integrate all essential software and address any difficulties across
   numerous technologies, as well as design and offer backup support for
   business servers
   - Evaluate all papers per system requirements, as well as all design and
   development activities, and administrate all sophisticated processes
   - Create an infrastructure to handle all business requirements and
   execute frequent system troubleshooting to fix all difficulties
   - Monitor daily systems, evaluate the availability of all server
   resources and carry out all Linux server tasks
   - Assist in the setup and deployment of all virtual machines, as well as
   the installation and backup of all configuration procedures
   - Maintain and monitor all patch releases, as well as devise multiple
   patch installation procedures and keep all systems up to date per NIST
   standards
   - Manage all resource performance and assure optimisation, as well as

   - Troubleshoot all tools, maintain numerous servers, and back up all

   - Test all new software, maintain patches for management services, and
   conduct audits on all security procedures
   - Linux Administrator may also require a Linux certification such as Red
   Hat.
   - Hands-on experience of 2+ on VMware and Nutanix infrastructure.
   - Must have/experienced on Networking activities and should be able
   troubleshooting Layer 3/layer 2 issues and session management.
