Hi! init: cannot open '/initlogo.rle' Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!
This means that kernel has booted up and the first userspace process (init) has been called. But for whatever reasons init process couldn't handle required resource (/initlogo.rle), so signal for termination was sent to init process. Kernel don't know what to do without any process, so it falls into panic. I suggest checking your rootfs. May be you need another one...
