Okay, finally it worked for me after a couple of flashes. It looks like if
you get into some problems, always update the device with the latest image
using software updater for N810 and then start with Android flash process.

during the boot, Nitdroid Image started flashing on the screen, and finally
i got the error message (after about 2 minutes)

"Sorry: Application settings is not responding"

I did a force close and things are fine now..
