Common user in me (and also mass evangelist) tells that it's too geeky. 2. My *personal* opinion likes it however (my *personal* opinion also hates any splashscreens, just to show how personal it is). Either way, something more merry/catchy would be helpful, IMHO. > Please feel free to use these files if they seem usable. > Is there a coordinated effort to give Ångström a visual identity? If no, you lost too much - all those cheap 3d-like gilt effects users are mesmerized with (iphone suck comparing with it, trust me ;-D). I really regret sources for those mockups weren't made public for someone to finish/fit them into actual images... Also, this is of course not first time when someone comes out with "hey, I made something, feel free to use". The problem, the folks are not long enough around/not pushy enough to get their stuff thru. So, I encourage you to keep nagging maintainers for resolution of this matter ;-). > Kind regards, > Jeroen Hoek -- Best regards, Paul mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Angstrom-distro-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.linuxtogo.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/angstrom-distro-devel
