Santa Barbara Edhat January 28, 2010 Missile Defense Test Scheduled VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. - The 30th Space Wing and Missile Defense Agency are scheduled to conduct a test of the ground-based interceptor system on Jan. 31.
