We're still going to test over here, but we're all for it in terms of
it preventing us from maintaining a fork. :)

It also doesn't seem like it's going to break anyone elses existing
configuration, since the other options haven't changed.

The only other feature request we'd have is the ability to disable
software mac filtering at compile time, it's an extra set of checks
imposed on every packet we don't need in our environment with VLANs.
