Hi -

I'm posting this to the Apple II List - and BCC'ing to some people I
think might know (from the KFest list), hoping one or more of you can
help me.

I'm looking for some suggestions (as current as possible) for where I
could find (buy) a RAMFast SCSI card so I can hook up some other things
to my IIgs (like my CD300e, my Zip 100 SCSI drive, my 1.2GB hard drive,
etc.). From what I've seen and read online, I like the features on the
RAMFast slightly better than the Apple High Speed (plus, with the Apple
High Speed I have to be sure I have the right version, and maybe do the
modification for certain devices). But the FAQs don't seem to have active
vendors mentioned for the RAMFast card (none that I checked, at least),
so I'm looking for a place to buy it from which:

1) Is reliable (hopefully been around a while and won't promise what they
can't really deliver),
2) Won't charge me premium prices (beyond what's reasonable),
3) Will be able to ship without a delay measured in multiple weeks or
even months, and
4) Can provide me the card and the usual documentation which came with it
(I'm not that big a fan of puzzles, really) - at least PDF files I can
print out which match the original paper manual pages, in other words).

If they can take my order online (SSL/Thawte preferred), that is a plus,
while I'd consider being able to phone order.

If you've had good experiences with certain vendors (or *not* good
experiences), that would give me some leads to check out (or avoid).

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

Jim Rohde
