Unfortunately, these "what is it worth" questions get annoying
after a time.  It gives me the sense that people don't give a damn
about the machines, but just how to make a buck off of them ...

I'll add a comment on its value though: unless you have some way
to verify the authenticity of that signature, what she has is a
defaced Apple II.
