It probably was the card by Bill Garber, who run GarberStreet Enterprises. I've got one of these cards, and they're well-made, and do what they're advertised to do--add memory to your computer. (I've been after Bill to make other cards, and they're all on his rather long to-do list. :) )

If the card you saw on ebay say GarberStreet, and has Vince Briel's name on it as designer, it's a good card.
