+1 on the GarberStreet card. I have one too, and they work extremely well. 

One thing to consider is that the memory chips themselves, regardless of
card, impact your final price. For example, if you find an Applied
Engineering GSRAM card with 1mb (they're expandable to 4mb IIRC) for $10,
the kind of RAM they use is now rare and expensive; and if the card doesn't
expand, you won't know if it's the RAM, the card, or your IIGS. 

If you buy from Bill, you're getting a known quantity at a very reasonable
price - he's charging much less than his time is worth.

I bought one of these cards from him last year and it's flawless.  It's 
virtually just a plug-and-play deal.  I think I actually got the last 
one from his initial production run. I have no idea if he'll ever do 
another run, though.
