One of my Apple IIe's is suddenly not working (power light on the MB
doesn't light up) so, after looking in my other IIe's I want to put
all the cards (sans duplicates) into one machine.
Here is what I have:

Machine 1 (non-working machine):
              -> Apple IIe 80 Col/64k Memory Expansion Card
 Slot 1 -> Slotware Microtek RV611 (dunno what it does off-hand)
 Slot 6     -> I/O Controller 655-01-02

Machine 2 (works fine):
              -> Apple IIe 80 Col/64k Memory Expansion Card
 Slot 1 -> Super Serial Card

Machine 3 (missing the keycaps u, j, n, m, < and needs Delete glued back
                 together)

 Slot 1    -> I/O Controller (see above)
 Slot 2 -> Super Serial Card (same as above)
 Slot 4    -> Mouse Interface

What is the best slot configuration to combine the various different
cards into one machine? Also, where do I get new keycaps to replace
those I am missine?
