I'll consider adding 'lh' to sub-pppd.bat ... the only problem
is that I seem to recall situations in which this has failed
to load stuff high and then *not* loaded it low instead. This
may depend on particular DOS versions ... I'll have to
investigate further (or get a better memory ;-) ...
