Glenn,

Have you compared the reports of MEM and MFT?

I am using QEMM 8, and running MFT shows high memory being fully utilized.  
The appropriate modifications to CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT have been made. 
Running MEM, shows nothing in high memory.
