Ah Mike, the bootable 1.44 floppy is a demo in all senses of the word.
It loads itself into memory + ramdisk and runs 100% from there. I don't
think you can even access the floppy once it's running. I wasn't even
able to save my settings to floppy so I wouldn't have to go thru the
setup next time.
That said, and now having had some very slight experience with Linux, maybe
the advice Steven gave re: saving settings to floppy with his Basiclinux
may work here also.
