At this point, mixing up seems easy to me.
To telnet, or not to telnet - that is the question. <g>

I assumed, of course, that the Telnet program made a connection only to
a special telnet port.

Maybe that is only the case when you specify the domain name and some
nameserver supplies the address ?
Maybe I can use the Telnet supplied with Arachne in a different manner ?
I think with the boost supplied by Steve I may be able to try a few things
and learn something useful !
