For Viewer.bat try something like:
@Echo off
c:\arachne %1

- where somehow whatever that Norton thing you are using is supplies the
filename for %1.

There must be more to the problem than this.
Arachne converts .JPGs and .PNGs to .BMPs and they shift left-right just
fine on my Arachne.  Wait, I'll try A1.70. BRB.

Yup. Use A1.62 or A1.66. <G>

BTW, A1.70 seems deathly slow compared to A1.62. :((
