This is yet another reason why Microsoft should be broken up--another
example of how the computer enduser is damaged and harmed by their
monopoly.

Scanning a 40 gb hd for viruses that wouldn't be there to begin with
if Microsoft hadn't tried to convert an open standard to a proprietary
product.
