Arachno = spider
Butyl = C4 H9 = any of
the four organic radicals
Phobia = fear (usually irrational)
I vote for "the fear of the organic, radical spiders" (or something
like that).
I'm guessing that it's a reference to being afraid of Arachne users. Of
course, that's irrational, unlike a fear of discombobulated canines
circumnavigating the quadrangle.
