Hi,

I'm not against an AUR helper in extra, however, it’s really an
exaggeration to call it a chicken-and-egg problem when users can’t
install an AUR helper from the official repositories, since you don’t
actually need a helper to build and install from the AUR. In fact, a
helper can actually be a source of errors.
