Also, there could be a problem with what you named the file. There is no documentation for this, but Ariel does not like the file name to be very long. We name our files by our ILLiad TN, which is only 6 characters long. I'm not sure what the limit is (this was discussed recently, but I don't remember what it was).
So, try renaming the file--if you use the IL number, it will be too long. Hope this helps!
