Hello, We're running 4.1.1 on a "server" (these days "server" may be a virtual machine or some such thing) and it communicates with a PC in our ILL office. Since July or so we've been having problems with the server "freezing" (this is how our I.T. person describes it).
This is what he writes: Basically, what I'm seeing is that it randomly "freezes" the application -- load is not high, memory usage is not high, there's nothing in the winariel.log file. Connectivity to the database *appears* ok. I can connect to the console, kill it and restart it without any errors or warnings. It's been happening since about July or so. Has anyone seen something similar to this? Or have any suggestions what we might do? It is happening every few days during the "bad" times (other weeks can go by without any problems). Thanks.
