[cid:image002.gif@01CCBAA2.61829D80] Hi everyone, I am hoping someone has some insight or a good phone number to call. This semester, Ariel has randomly and intermittently decided to not send items to library email addresses. I only know this because of a record number of re-send requests and instances where Ariel will not send to my or our library's email address. The log shows as sent, but apparently this is not always the case. Sigh. I like Ariel and wouldn't mind continuing to use it, but not if it means sending and resending articles. Any ideas? BTW, we are still on Windows XP. I'd also like to take this opportunity to apologize to those of you who have been the victims of my technical issues this semester. I hope to have this issue resolved one way or another in the next month or so. Thanks much everyone. Happy Holidays!
