Please test the navigation panel

Hi - I made a change to the navigation panel on the Aries site - it 
doesn't have hover-over menus any more, you need to click on the section 
titles to make the sub-sections expand. I prefer this and I think it 
*should* work in most browsers because it's very simple java script. I'm 
on FF 3.6.13 on a Mac and it looks good, let me know if it doesn't work 
on anything else.
