With Chrome on Windows 7, the very first time that I visited the site, the navigation was functional but very ugly. Then that fixed itself and has been fine since.
One thing I don't like is that the navigation menu folds back up when I click a link in a sub-section. That and the lack of a breadcrumb trail can leave me feeling a bit lost.
