I will fill the survey on the link, but wanted to feed this discussion and
hear what others think.

ASN maintenance fee for what exactlly ? What justifies charge something
separate just for the ASN ? What do you do with a ASN without other
numbering resources ?

In my view ARIN did the right thing and simplified it merging into the
membership fee. Just keep it simple.
