I must apologize. I had plugged in in one end of the usb hub tiny wifi
dongle which was responsible for this line.

Now on plug in this this new 802.11ac dongle in dmesg I see only:

[root@rpi3 ~]# dmesg
[ 168.367092] usb 1-1.4: new full-speed USB device number 13 using dwc2
[ 168.451090] usb 1-1.4: device descriptor read/64, error -32
[ 168.636097] usb 1-1.4: device descriptor read/64, error -32
[ 168.827104] usb 1-1.4: new full-speed USB device number 14 using dwc2
[ 168.911099] usb 1-1.4: device descriptor read/64, error -32
[ 169.100106] usb 1-1.4: device descriptor read/64, error -32
[ 169.291105] usb 1-1.4: new full-speed USB device number 15 using dwc2
[ 169.711119] usb 1-1.4: device not accepting address 15, error -32
[ 169.794122] usb 1-1.4: new full-speed USB device number 16 using dwc2
[ 170.215120] usb 1-1.4: device not accepting address 16, error -32
[ 170.221952] usb 1-1-port4: unable to enumerate USB device

So situation is a bit different. Dongle:

Bus 003 Device 099: ID 0bda:8812 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8812AU
802.11a/b/g/n/ac 2T2R DB WLAN Adapter

is not correctly initialized/detected.
