Hi,

I am using multiple sample groups based on Human Exon 1.0 ST array
data. However, I will not be comparing differential expression between
groups, but rather trying to identify the occurrence of alternative
splicing common across all groups.

What algorithm is best suited for this? I was eyeing MADS (its a
better version of SI?), but am unsure if FIRMA can also do this for
me. I am confident I couldn't use an algorithm like MIDAS which uses
group comparisons.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time,
James Ross
