I have generated a custom Cdf for HuEx-1_0-st-v2 arrays by combining the BrainArray ENSE & ENSG cdfs for the groups & units respectively, including the mapping files. Is that something which would be worth putting up on the aroma.project website, or is that beyond the scope of the project?
