Vijay speak on Azhagiya Thamizh Magan IndiaGlitz [Friday,
April 20, 2007] Vijay's Azhagiya Thamizh Magan, which is
produced by Appachan and directed by Dharani's associate Bharathan, is fast
progressing.
Featuring Shriya opposite him, the movie is fast nearing its completion.
Says Vijay, I am not going to say that this film will be a trendsetter. But
the screenplay is something new and the audience will get to see me donning a
different role altogether.
Slated for a release this August, the movie has musical score by A R Rahman.
On Rahman, Vijay says, He is a musical genius. I am confident that he would
come up with catchy tunes.
