Ok..I make a living by Databases and Databases only :)
I am a DBA. So yes..I can help. As a first step, it would be great
if someone can comeup with a excel containing the following fields.

1) Film_name
2) Song_name
3) Singers_name ( comma seperated )
4) date of release
5) Genre of the song ( Western,fusion,carnatic classical,quawalli )
6) Director of the film
7) Lead actor
8) Actress
9) Ragaa of the song ( if possible )
10) Language
11) is_dubbed_film ( yes/no)
12) Producer of the film
13) Lyricst.
14) Miscellaneous.

You can add few more fields if you feel like. I am keeping it simple
as of now and we can change the DB design( (De)Normalize ) depending upon our
needs. As a first step, someone can create a document on google docs and start
updating the same. As its on Google docs, most of us can contribute and we can
get these details soon. Once the data
collection is complete, DB design can be adjusted and we can start working on
the application.
