Hi Viswa,
We had a similar issue when we started having clients
in multiple time zones.
A simple workaround is to have an active link which
fires on Submit, setting the value of a hidden character field to be equal to
the time from the client's perspective. Then the filter which generates
the error message can use the value from the hidden field in the error
message.
