Kathy, There should be a Group.arx file on the server in the AR System install directory. This is the file that is used by the ar system install script to import the default groups such as Administrator, Customize etc.
Once you locate the file, you can use the import tool to restore the system groups. One thing to keep in mind is to ensure you set the proper preferences on the import tool on the 'Duplicate Entry' tab.
