Do you have the appropriate membership in the roles required for those actions?

I went into the Computer System class from the Asset Management Console. I looked at 1 of the 2 Computer Systems that they put in there during installation. I wanted to make a relationship to another CI (like say a product, or disk drive) and I was suprized to find that when I selected a Request Type of "Asset Record", I found that the "CI Type", "Search", and "Create" buttons were all disabled.
