Tony I know you got in but did you have a windows mobile device connected to your PC at the time? I have found this causes issues with our set up because the windows device gets it own ip address which causes the user tool and mid tier problems, it is fixed in ars 6.3 patch 18 which I am currently testing, wonder if the support web site have similar problems?
