I believe that these are used for the multiple approval processes that
a change can go through.  If I remember correctly, there are 4 points
in the lifecycle of a change that an approval is possible.

Pages 37/38 of the change users guide covers the various approvals:
- review approval
- business approval
- implementation approval
- close down approval

My question is what are the values under the Process Name, more specifically
what is the difference between Change Level - Review and Change Level IA -
Review and Change Level CI - Review.  I can't find any references to this in
Remedy's documentation.  In addition what role in the approval process does
the Default Process Name field have.
