I believe that these are used for the multiple approval processes that a change can go through. If I remember correctly, there are 4 points in the lifecycle of a change that an approval is possible.

From the Application Adminstration console, I am selecting Foundation, Advanced Options, Approval Process Configuration from the Custom Configuration tab. I select CHG:Infrastructure Change from the Form Name menu. My question is what are the values under the Process Name, more specifically what is the difference between Change Level - Review and Change Level IA - Review and Change Level CI - Review. I can't find any references to this in Remedy's documentation. In addition what role in the approval process does the Default Process Name field have.
