In 7.6.04 I saw this message so....many....times..... Usually we'd see it when:
· Server (web) load was high · AR Server load was high · Our users ran a spectacularly bad query like this against 3 million incident records: Status != "Resolved" AND Status !=Closed AND Status != New Basically - many forms of high server load could cause this.
